Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

Well I was a bit greedy and drank three "pints". I suppose the best thing is to go to GBs twice a week.
Usually they tell Sam when a keg is going on but even his missed this one... so he never got to try it on tap :(
Had some Hopwired on tap the other day, loved it. It's a pretty special beer when fresh.

Drinking the latest version of our BKP (Black IPA) - to date it's by far our best beer. I'm thinking about entering into the NHC because i'm curious to get a professional opinion and not just a blindingly biased opinion of my own. I want to keep developing this beer.
Which version is this now Matthew - if the collaboration at Michael's was the first, this must be about your third - or fourth ?

I have a porter to keg sometime this week - interested to see if I have the balance right
This one is version 2 (same as the last northern welly catch up I brought). I've been saving the bottles and the malt is really starting to come out now. Dare I say it.... balanced.
You must be on rations there ?
Shared a few with an old friend

Eastie Boy's Feijoa Amber - my second ever fruit beer, lol

Yeastie Boys Her Majesty - I'm feelin' it

Mike's IPA (batch 2) - Whoa! Needs two months to integrate I reckon

Yeastie Boys Motueka Monster - cellar aged is so much better than cold stored

Eastie Boy's Brown Dog (Double Imperial Brown) - all over the place, might hide it in the cellar for a few months

Deschutes Mirror Mirror Barleywine - thought this was fantastic until...

Fuller's Vintage 2008 - blew away the Mirror Mirror

Yeastie Boys Yakima Monster - the battle between these beers, for me, is pretty much decided now... Motueka by nose (though Mr Nally deserves a medal for each, very well brewed beers)

Yeastie Boys PKB (batch 2) - a nice cleansing nightcap
Founders Anniversary Blonde at the Parrot & Jigger

Three lagers & one ale on tap at home .. bad planning .. I'm all over lagers for now

But I wouldn't mind brewing a cool lawnmower in spring. What's the recommendation, a lager yeast slightly warm, or '05 slightly cool ?
'05 slightly cool is my pick, on an economic decision!
I might carry this on in a Homebrewing thread eh ?
Stuck baby sitting on saturday so shouted myself an Emersons London Porter from Vic New world...

Was quite disappointed tbh, alot more banana on the nose than I remember, less roastyness to it as well, I mean its still a really nice porter but it tasted like the recipe had been tweaked slightly bringing it away from what it once was?? Either that or my memory of it is completely different to what it really is, has anyone else found this?
I have found that my memory is bad - not sure about the beer though.
