Wow, just a measly 150kilos eh?? That would only be like one or two brews tho with your hopping rates? ;o)

i didn't want to drain th emarket completely so i settled for 150... should last me 2-3 batches at least!:)

Righto it's been sometime since I last brewed, so after taking the eldest child to the hospital for a check up yesterday I decided to brew.... twice....

First was a CS4 Pilsner rebrew, and then a Sierra Nevada PA Clone. Well it started as a SNPA but without pearle it was not a real clone, so it became an American PA with Simcoe, Cascade & Amarillo. Colour was a little light and increased the OG of 1040 to 1045 (probably due to the wrong settings on BS).

All up about 7 1/2 hours of brewing.

I just ran out of time to make a pils for the CS Mr C, so I would say an American PA or English Ale. There is however a couple of bottles of the rebrew with your name on them! I was also forced to clean out the hot water cupboard last night and found about 25 bottles of all sorts, I'll check if there is a CS4 in there and if so will send you one!

I could put my Chocolate Stout in CS5... along with all the other guys from CHCH! :)

I'm hoping to rebrew the SNPA and about three others prior to July, two of which will be Pilsners for the NHBC... Hopefully I can crack a medal. :)
