Yeah, will dig it out when I get home. The network I'm currently on blocks websites with 'beer' in the domain name!

Jeepers its cold at the moment! Woke up this morning and my Motueka ale which is half way through dry hopping is sitting at 16*c!!! Getting to be the perfect temp for fermenting ales at ambient!
I've brewed this one before, buy last Friday I decided to scale it up a little. Its looking pretty good so far, and my assistant was an enormous help.

No, we're going to keep it all in Auckland just to pay you guys back for having every decent beer launch down there! :-P
I imagine there will be a Hallertau launch too ;)
I hope at the very least it will be on at the malthouse, its up to me to decide on what to do for the Wellington launch and find some outlets who might sell it.
What yeast did you use?

PKB will be out in mid-June... maybe we should see if Colin will do a little Porter-fest as a run in to the following months IPA showdown.
