Hrm, not so good at picking up on comments from realbeer. The weekend might be a goer, Jayne's down in Chch. Been pondering putting down a brew myself as I've got some 1084 to use. Would be good to see some of the brewing techniques you employ though, and perhaps borrow the use of a mill?
