Got two friends that can't throw them back like the rest of us so I promised them a no-Gluten brew. Who out there has a tried & true, tasty recipe? Please share where to source ingredients and tasting notes.
Thanks

Ive read a recipe in "brewing crafts" by Mike Rodgers-Wilson, havent done it myself so I dont know how good it is..
I looked into this a whiles back. A good resource I found was http://www.sillyyak.com.au/gfb/.

I basically came to the conclusion that the only chance of getting a nice brew would be to malt your own gf grain like sorghum, which sounded like all together too much effort.

So yeah, if anyone has made a good gf brew I'd be interested too.
wine is gluten free, usually, isn't it?
and cider?

I've not tasted a decent gluten free beer yet but there might be one out there (or one yet to be made).
