Hi all,
This week I've been growing some yeast out of a bottle of Emerson's Weissbier.
My process is:
However yesterday I got home from work to find that the krausen in the bottle had gotten so large that some liquid had spilled over the top (this has never happened before... Must be because this yeast is so fresh and healthy!)
What do you guys think about using the yeast from this bottle in a small batch tonight or tomorrow?
