BG?

Ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin' alive, stayin' alive.....

Oh hold on... that's Bee Gees.

Sorry mate.
The humor is strong with this one :o)
Seriously... what is BG?
Boil Gravity. (Pre boil gravity of all the collected wort)
Uh Huh!

It was 1.051 - 1.052ish.
Was the pre boil volume the 45.84L? Or was that what went into the fermenter?
That volume is post boil, but includes the hops and trub. I managed to get just over 41L into the fermenters.
Berliner Weisse this weekend sometime.

20L, 1.033, 3.4 IBU, 2.7 SRM

1.5kg Weyermann Premium Pils
1.5kg Weyermann Wheat Malt

5g Hallertau Aroma in the mash (60 mins @ 65C)

15 minute boil.

Plan is to cool to 30C, pitch Lacto D. slurry (4000mL starter) and two days later pitch some slurry of WLP029 Kolsch at about 20C.
Is a berliner weiss quite low gravity usually? Where do you expect it to finish? I never made it to berlin, only Munich!
4L starter of Lacto DG?? That shizz will go nuts wont it??
Sounds like time you came round for a visit Glen - I'd love to try this! Berliner Weisse is one of those odd styles that you rarely see but I really liked it when I had it in Germany.
"Sounds like time you came round for a visit Glen"
