Screams APA or AAA to me.

I'd go nuts on an APA/NZPA too. Cascade, Willy and Motueka, lots of em.
Just go down to great expectations and pick up some Roast barley about 1kg and do a

15% Roast Barley
500g Oat Malt??
Rest GP to get to about 1.045
And S04 much to everyones discussed!! but ferment @ 18!!
You'd probably want some roast barley for a good dry stout too ?

If you need a bit of black, chocolate or pale chocolate for colour I have some handy

10% roast and 05 ?

O4 is too smoothing to the bitterness for me - maybe that's why Mike suggested 15%

If you're short on the roast, you'll need good bitteerness
That's where the hops come in. I hope...
All done. I upped to 10%. Over shot the OG by a few points but no biggie. Got the volume I was after anyway.
