Any of that bubblegum going on in it? Stink about the Saison... it should come down on it's own.

Blending yeast could be the go - seems to be the new thing these days!
Yeah why not aye I could even chuck in the whack of Wlp001 that I got just to keep it a bit clean as it bubblegum spice and acetal?
Should finish it off nicely I reckon. Dunno about the next pitch out from that fermenter though!!!! Would be a crazy ferment!

Do you put weetbix in everything Tony?
No, mainly ales or beers I want to create some good head retention in. I used it in this one, mainly because I had the weetbix, that needed to be used up. But it isn't a bad addition, it helps head retention and thickens it up a little, but doesn't alter the taste character.
