Well I started of today with a Mac's gold until (We were in Waikanae) (I found Tuatara Hefe of Tap) a Hefe I got a fantastic response from the client I was drinking with (never meet him before) 'That looks like the hombrew I brew I used to brew'!!!!!! well you can see were the conversation went from there he even was intrested in the new glass fermenter I just purchased!! Anyway back to what I was drinking Kempius RIS and Samuel Smiths RIS!! Now back to my Borring IPA
Well, I am jealous of all the homebrew sessions but I stopped by the Malthouse an had an Ardennes and a Mayhem. Went by Regionals for the 3 Boys Pils which I think is tasting bloody awesome at the moment. Having a Cascade Stout with a cherry ripe. Must post more about beer and cherry ripe...works well. Esp with the JP. Will try it with some of the Belgium and the Harvest too.
Anyway...vaguely pondering a home brew. Will ponder...
Now thats an offer no-one could refuse, think of the endless amounts of quality beer Steph, all brewed by yourself :o)
Im still drinking my Rye IPA, kegs getting down a bit cos its rounding out nicely and becoming extra easy to drink!! I still think its a little flavourless, could have really used a bit of munich and more crystal to beef up the ADM pils, but oh well...
Also getting my mate to send up a rigger of Emersons Brewers Reserve from regionals, yum!! Havnt tried it yet so looking forward to it!
Im not too sure, he got it last night so whatever is on at the mo? I rung him today asking what one it was and he couldnt tell me, maybe you could shed some light on the situation? ;o) lol
