Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

Just drank 17.5 pints of an APA...By God it was fabulous and the keg is a fair bit lighter...

A chunk of it was consumed whilst creating a "robust" porter

P.S Deniglem..FABULOUS Poster...Its going in my garage
Haha yeah it's awesome, they make it on a T-Shirt too, would like to pick one up sometime.
Jump onto their website..I've just downloaded the screensaver that has 4 or 5 of these flicking through every 10 seconds...Looks sweet as
You better have some left..... :)
Dropped by the Malthouse in hope of a 3Boys Pils on tap. Missed out but had a Boysenbeery and 3Boy IPA before dinner. Having an Epic now. Still got a few left from the cheap Moore Wilson cases. I really like the Boysenberry. Felt a bit weird to have it as the first beer of the evening but it actually went down a treat with a good combination of sweet and savoury. The IPA is not [articularly consistent but always tasty so can't complain.
Yeah the best 3 boys IPA I had was on tap at the malthouse, it was sooo good, really grapefruity, but then I got a bottle when I got back to AKL and it was just boring, and completely different :o(
Had a few beers this weekend the two retail beers I had were like yin and yang: good and evil: right and wrong... see where I'm going with this?

Yin / Good / Right... Ngahere Gold.
Yang / Evil / Wrong... Paradox.

Sorry Reviled: My Paradox was awful! It left a bad thin taste in my mouth that was quickly filled with a greatly crafted, ballanced flavour of a strong lager. I told my Uncle 'n Law it was like Stiny Pure on Steroids!
Looks like a few good days for Ol' Welly Town coming up ...
Anticipating a day or two at the beach followed by a big hit on the Hallertau Blande Ale keg, while the bbq cooks and the togs & towel dry out on the line.
Brew 645
88% ADM Pils
10% Munich
1.5% Caramalt
0.5% pale Choc
A nice clear US-05 1.040, 13 IBU Super Alpha bittering and 11 IBU Hallertau 15 min, dry hopped with the lint free stocking method
Last night was a bottle of Reviled's Munich dunkel.
VUNDERBAR. Fantastic drop. Cheers bro.
reviled made a beer style without to many hops....WTF?! ;0)
I know I know, it was a moment of weakness :oP hahaha

Nah just venturing out there, trying different styles so as to not miss anything :o) Glad you liked it Barry

Counting down the work hours so I can go and drink Mayhem all night!!!
Damn you Jaffas - Damn you all to Hell.
