Has anyone in NZ done this yet or am I the first?

Link here with all the info http://www.biabrewer.info/

Basically its AG brewing but instead of three vessles, you only need the one big stock pot!

I just did my first AG this way yesterday and had a fantastic result, AG wort is currently cubed and ill be pitching yeast tonight... Exciting...

But this is seriously a cheap but effective way for extract brewers to get into AG...

So Rusty, James, howd you guys go over the weekend?
I'd prefer not to talk about it.

Suffice it to say, I went to collect grain and I came away with no grain and heaps of beers. Not my finest hour.
WTF?!?! Matey..... :o(

So let me get this straight, you went out to Wigram, and spent your grain money on Wigram beers?

tsk tsk :oP hahahaha

James, dont tell me you did the same?
Saves them brewing I guess ?
lol, well I guess, albeit a bit pricy ;oP
I had to take my wife to the hospital at the last minute so let Rusty go himself, now I am laid up in bed at home being sick (physically) so no BIAB for me this week.
Probably a good thing, could have been hard to do a BIAB with wigram beers ;oP hahahaha

Hope you get better soon mate, and hope all is ok with your wife?
Sh*t mate, did you get talking to Paul a little..
Did I what? We had a right good yarn.

His estimate of his wife's arrival at 1.30pm proved to be out by 1.5hrs.

I made it home at 6pm.

Next time I'm going straight to the brewery with a shopping list!
