Good NZ Best or Ordinary Bitter Recipe - anyone willing to share?

Hey all, I have a hankering for a nice quaffable best bitter for the summer months and was wondering if anyone had a tasty recipe that they might be willing to share?

Something along the lines of Townshends Bandsman would be good... or maybe along the lines of Emersons Bookbinder? 

Any suggestions?

Grieg posted his Saxby's Ordinary bitter a while back, which I'm currently drinking a version of. Really nice beer.

I know its a bit stronger but I'm sure an experienced man like yourself can tweak it to suit...

Here's an ordinary bitter recipe. got it from Jo at liberty and hey i like it... very sessionable

3.82kg maris otter

0.16kg medium crystal malt, thomas fawcett

0.08kg dark crystal

mashed for an hour at67deg

9g target 60m

7g northdown 20m

7g challenger 20m

2g eKG 20m

15g Northdown 5m

3g ekg 5m

20g ekg added to corny

5g gypsum

kettle volume 30l 

final volume 23L

o.g 1.042

f g 1.010

4.09%abv

bitterness 25
