Congrats mate.. welcome to the beginning of the rest of your life.. :-)

Oh come on Simon, I was brewing more with a newborn in the house than I am now :o( Sadly....

It looks like CS8 isnt going ahead this year, I'm way too busy, haven't brewed in over a month and even worse I haven't been drinking?!?!?!?! WTF? Still got half a keg of cherry porter left and various bottles...

haha. get the kids into brewing young eh?

Is anyone interested in a quickie CS8 before Christmas?

Coming up to a difficult time of the year for sending and receiving stuff but I'm happy to take on coordination in Auckland if there's intererest.

Otherwise February is probably the next best option.

Who's got something ready to go and thinks they might be able to fit one in?

I have a limited supply left of my xmas ale. only like... 8 bottles. its a brown/dark ale base inspired by xmas fruit mince pies haha. its got currants, sultanas, citrus, spices etc in it which is pretty interesting. turned out pretty well considering. I would be happy to make another batch for a february CS if that is a go?

I have some raspberry porter, that has just been bottled and ready to go.

sounds delish. id be keen for a try haha

Picking this up from late 2011.

I'm happy to coordinate the Auckland end of CS8 if there's interest.

Does anyone else want to get one in before winter hits - say around Anzac day?

I actually think I could be in for this. I should have something suitable ready by mid/late April.

Keen! I should have some interesting stuff lying around.

Keen as! Last one was great fun

Great - here's hoping the list builds with some non JAFAs being keen too.
