Do they sell Starsan anywhere other than Great Expectations?

To clean, acidified Bleach, which does a pretty good job of sterilisation also. But then lots of rinsing followed by no-rinse Starsan

Starsan is so easy to use: and it doesn't ruin your hands like other products. I sterilise my hands with it when at the cold end of brewing, just to be on the safe side.

I used to use the acidified bleach route - very seldom had a problem (always rinse with hot water... as hot as you can stand - it'll help break down the chlorine in the bleach). But after trying Starsan, I haven't gone back.

The thing with rinsing is that you're just risking adding back nasties from the water (unless you've pre-boiled it), much better idea to go with a no rinse sanitiser like iodophor or Starsan IMO.
