Guys..Just added the new chest freezer addition which holds 5 x cornys...to the clinkbrauhaus brewing facility ( thanks James for the name) and was curious about keeping the CO2 cylinder inside the chest freezer... Whats the worst that could happen and whats the likely...i.e worst is it could blow up and demolish half your house but reality dictates it'll be fine and dandy...etc...or don't even think about it..
Reason I ask is the gas line is currently carbonating a keg inside the middle fridge ( thats also my controlled fermentation cabinet) but is getting pinched if I 'feed it in' under the lid of the new chest freezer. Ultimately plan to build a collar but thats a week or two away.
I've seen a lot of posts with guys arguing the toss about its location on other websites but nothing too definitive..Thanks to James for his time and efforts on Saturday and thx to Harvery Norman for 30 months interest free...
Cheers
