Affligem Blonde... awesome lemon jelly magic, dry and spicy. Dubbel and Triple are in the fridge.
Framboise Boon 2004... fruity, dry, astringent, kind of metallic (like blood). Friggin' fantastic.
Duvel... Why don't I drink more of this beast?
Chimay White... pretty good too.
My own Belgian Pale... somewhere between WLP500 and WLP550 is a yeast i really really like. The beer is a gem of a lesson in the difference that yeast makes. It even blew Brendon away when he popped in and sampled them on Monday.

I just happened to call past Hallertau the other day. Their Wheatbeer is absolutely devine. I had a couple of those to make sure and my opinion didn't change. I then finished off with his Stuntwoman-seasonal pilsener. At 9% and heavily hopped, it was another stunner. Get out and try them if you can.
I had the wheat beer last night. Lots of banana in the aroma. Not a wheat beer fan though, so I won't be having any more. I was more than happy with the Deception, which is in fine form atthe moment.
For Friday drinks right now... Old Speckled Hen, Tuatara Pilsner and Epic... I've turned my staff into beer snobs, so can't get away with serving them weasel piss anymore and keeping the good stuff for myself. Next step is to install the beer tower in the kitchenette.
