Something I've been wanting to brew for about 6 months now. I'm brewing this to show my brother'n'law how to brew all grain. He's on his way down to Richmond (Nelson) to live so I'm hoping you Nelson fellas (Dale...) will help him out when he's needing it.

He's coming down tomorrow with a big pot and a bag. I told him that for the amount of effort involved - BIAB is the way to go. He's got a 47 Liter pot and he's seen how it's done. He'll just need a bit of reinforcement and a bit of a palate to help him progress.
Yeah the plan was for something very full bodied and on the a bit on the sweet side. No real inspiration, just experimentation at the moment to see what works for me.Do you think the hop profile will be alright? I was wanting something very kiwi in that regard.Estimating at about 41.8 IBU not overwhelming, just balanced.
I reckon 40ish IBU would be about right. It looks like a beer that will finish pretty sweet, so a decent bitterness wold hit the spot. I don't think there would be a big hop presence on the palate, but by the sounds of things it's malt that you want there.... looks good.
