I'm keen - keeping it local to Chc should minimize any (all?) costs.

If a CBC winning brew is exchanged then it should be swapped 2:1 ratio ie 2 lesser brews in return for one reigning champion beer! Oh by the way, any chance of changing the name to Canterbury brewers conference? haha.
