Thought it might be handy to have a thread for some of the more advanced brewers to give some advice on recipes.

Let's see how it goes eh...

Maybe some dry hopping? Maybe a 5 min addition? Are there any other combinations of hops in that list that would be good in a AIPA? I think I might keep the Saaz and Riwaka for another time.
I reckon Mot & Cascade are beaut together. I'd add either a 0 min or dry hop of both of them
Do they have Riwaka back in stock?
100gm baggies by the look of it. Where they out - maybe they got some back from local shops that couldn't shift it at 'Brewcraft' prices
Donna at NZ Hops found some organic Riwaka somewhere when I sent my wish list. She said it was a very lucky find. Might be the last 100g pack in the country....bidding starts now?
Not me, still got lotza Motza left
Amen to that. Recipe looks a lot like my fave recipe - have some dry hopping at the moment.

Looks pretty good Dale! Up to you with the Riwaka, id maybe add some into the 5 min and dry hop for a bit of complexity? But if youre interested in what the mot/cascade combo will give ya, leave it out!

Either way it should be a nice beer :o)
I'd leave as is - I love Mot and Cascade in equal proportions as they combine together really well. I'm currently dry hoping a similar pale ale with 25gm of each. Going to add the same again in with the priming solution.
I'd leave the Riwaka out too. Sounds nice as it is.
