Heading to Palmy in two weeks - where to get good beer?

Hi All, am a Palmy lad orignally but spoiled for choice here in Nelson for beer. Heading to Palmy in March for a couple of weeks for a block course @ Massey and want to know where to get on tap some good craft beers? Was there @ Xmas with my family seeing oldies and ended up buying loads @ Liquorland but would like a place for a pint. Well aware of the Celtic, had my 21st there and my mate's Dad owns it - good for a Mac brew...Help please??

there's a speights ale house and the grand (I think that was the name) just of a corner of the square has hoegaarden on tap. that was about all i found when I was there for christmas... no nz craft on tap I think.

I ended up just going to Liquorland and spending a bunch on single bottle sales - they have your HOPWIRED there, best brew in NZ in my opinion and plenty of Epic Pale Ale so I was happy as! Looks like heading back there at the start of May for another week so will be doing the same again....unless something has changed? Anyone help me out......again?

You'd do best heading up to Roosters in Hastings and trying a little Summer Ale. Make sure you have a driver for the trip back tho LOL

Was on tap at the parrott & jigger in Petone recently andI had a couple there on the SOBA visit to the valley - keg ran out on Thursday i think and the renaisance apa is the new guest keg
