Don, a fine dark beer to be sure, I suspect you can do the whole process with your eyes shut.
Dan, your book binder was a great brew(reminded me of mine ;-) )....though I have to confess I dont think I have tasted a bookbinder before so yours is the best I've ever tasted...
Not sure who's was the NZPA with the home brew cap, man I'd swap another, great aroma, colour and hops for england eerr I mean New zealand...
some might argue I'm pomme used to flat warm beer so what would I know but I think I could be turning into a hopaholic..
If the NZPA also says 7/6 on the cap then it's mine (my first all-grain brew). It turned out pretty good after a bit of conditioning even if I do say so myself, although I taste some flaws in it.
For the next swap, I'm fine for any weekend at this stage.
