Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.
Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?
It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

Your name is on it... it's "best after" date is October so sometime after then, when you are in town or I'm over at my folks, let's catch up and drink it. If The Abyss is anything to go by it'll be stunning.

Damn...I love this beer! Nice and hoppy, but quite balanced as well for an aggressive beer.

Having a bottle of Epic Pale Ale.
The last time I had an EPA, the beer tasted a bit old, like somehow stock was not rotated in the grocery store for quite some time. However, I bought this one at New World in the Wellington train station.
This beer tastes fresh, and tasty. No oxidation or off flavors. Good beer!

Yum very nice def bitter and hoppy right up my alley!
What was the abv on that I was feeling a bit chopped after one!
Maybe change the name to bitter sweet night night!
What did you end up dry hopping with? Cascade?
