A fine ol' day in Welly, nice breeze to keep it cool.
Just tidied up after another Kid Choccy clone fills the fermenter. Used 25% Global Kolsch and this is noticibly sweeter, maltier than 100% ADM as the base.
Potting up in the garden, time for the swan plants to harden up. Flowers about to open up on the Agria and it looks like we're about to head into a pre-christmas brocolli festival with half a doz heading up nicely at the same time
I brewed this "Psudo Pilsner" for some summer time quaffing. Hopefully it's mainstream enough tasing for those who bitch about my IPAs whilst being interesting enough to keep myself interested in the beer.
I got 23 Liters of crystal clear 1.050 wort: The photo above is taken @ 10 degrees C 4.5kg Global Pils 20g Nelson Sauvin @60 10g Motueka @15 10g Pacifica @15 10g Motueka @10 10g Pacifica @10 10g Motueka @5 10g Pacifica @5 10g Motueka @0 10g Pacifica @0
