I think I may have just discovered the next in my Ordinary series! No GP in stock at the moment though, so I'd have to substitute MO or Kolsch.

Should help me gauge the character of Pacifica a little better. These single hop ordinary bitters might become addctive.

But I've got a dry stout to start thinking aobut now.

Hit numbers pretty much bang on. First time using Malteurop pils, was certainly easier than ADM to work with, sparge runoff cleared up in no time

10.8 IBUs of Nelson Sauvin @ 90
9.2 IBUs Of Nelson Sauvin @ 45

20g, Motueka @ 20 7.8 Ibus

10 Min Hops and 0 Min hops (Whirlpooled for 20 mins while cooling)
10g Nelson Sauvin
15g Pacific Jade
20g Motueka
20g Riwaka
Dry Hop was 30g Motueka, 20 Riwaka, 15g Pacific Jade 10g Nelson Sauvin.
Water 150ppm Sulphate, 70ppm Calcium, 50ppm chloride 20ppm Carbonate.

Loads of people wanted to know how I managed to get that beer into the comp here it is
Crash cooled in primary fermenter over night, than 3 litres into Corny keg with 1/6 of a 200ml Gelatin solution (1 teaspoon for 200mls for 19L) and force carbed at 350Kpa for 16 hours. Than poured into bottles and entered into comp. Grain to Brain in 14 Days

2% Med Crystal
Roast Barley to colour to about 16 ebc

10 Ibus of Goldings @ 90
15 Ibus of Styrian Goldings @ 20
12 Ibus of Fuggles @ 15
12 Ibus of Goldings @ 10

70g Total 1/3 each of Hops Above @ Flame out

40g Dryhop of 1/3 each again.

WLP007 Yeast (Dry English Ale)
1.060 - 1.014 6%
49Ibus 80% SG/Ibu
200ppm Sulphate 70 Calcium 50 Chloride
