Hi there is there any body in Wellington that could spare a 60L fermenter for a week?

Bro - just ferment in the barrels - you can rack from one barrel to the next to get the slurry off the bottom.

Yeah I have been thinking about primary in the barrel. Man what to do??

I would. But I think there is a skill involved in it. I think you need to get it started half full and upright (up to the bung...) then lie it on its side and top it up. You'd have to do this at a height above the barrel you gonna rack into - otherwise there might be a bit of fun lifting 250kgs!

Can't help there sorry Mike, I don't have anything that big. If you get desperate you could always split it across two 30L brewcraft fermenters.
