Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

Wow - it just keeps on coming!

It may be a few months away - and I'll be packing youth, but I will be down: you can count on that!

Cheers!
No worries mate, there's enough youth here to last a lifetime!
If you come early July you;ll time it perfectly for a special beery occasion in this household...
It's on.
Sunshine Reserve Ale, after reading Demise's blog. Really nice. I agree with all she's got to say bit think it could do with dropping the roast character just a shde (or upping the esters). Nice beer and very much under the radar - thanks Demise.

Emerson's Little Red Rooster, now on tap at Regionals. I originally thought this tasted superb... a subtle little amber ale (/red lager ;-) with a little wine gum character in the malt and hop blend. It ends a little too husky and astringent but I still like it.
We have this to look forward to at the RCC. I'm hanging out, though I don't want the Kid Chocolate to run out. A dilemma indeed.
Get them to get Sunshine Ale too. I'm sure you will enjoy it. Both really good beers - I'm being critical above - I've had a nice night drinking (and "walking the dog").
Order another keg. That way it won't run out ;-)
There's more??? I shall let Allan and Neale know. Now about this Sunshine ale...
Ged's APA

Unbelievable, dangerously easy to drink and perfectly balanced for my taste. Great stuff!
Tuatara Ardennes - lovely lovely beer, one of our most under rated local beers? I believe so.

I bottled up the last few litres of my Imperial Pot Kettle Black. 2.5L for the Autumn Ales Fest and a few little odd bottles for people I promised some too. Drunk the dregs - about 300ml - and reckon I shouldn't have cut the dip tube so short on this keg. 300ml (at 10% and over 21g hops per litre), after an Ardennes, has certainly got me feeling a bit cruisy.

Also had a wee 100ml sample of my 7% "Anglo-NewWorld" IPA for the case swap. Just put it in the fridge today - at only two weeks old it's got a long way to mellow out but... if you case swap fellas don't want to let it mellow out, then just go for it. I'll pick up some bottles tomorrow or Saturday and bottle as late as I can (ie. when Mike gives me the hurry up).
Had a bit of the Tuatara Ardennes over the summer hols. Very very nice. I'm not familiar with the Ardennes style (TM pending - Dominion Breweries) but I liked it a lot. Similar to a blond, but not as cloying.
Ardennes is a great showcase of the Achouffe yeast if anyone is thinking of buying some of that. I've just been through some and loved it.
