The idea is a bit of balance. The Hallertau aren't as flavoursome as using say some Riwaka or Motueka, or american hops, ends up quite balanced with a nice lemon in the background
This one will be more malt balance, I ended up with 1.042 instead of the target 1.040, small jump in efficinecy.
Good luck keeping the fermentation temp down in this weather. I'm struggling to keep mine down, could be fuitier than planned.
Same here, two beers going in a waterbath-tshirt-fan and they're sitting at about 22 - 24C :-(

And an IPA conditioning with dry hops in the open air at 26C.

Massive sucks cause I've got my TempMate but no freezer.
I got to beers sitting at a nice balmy 24deg 1 in primary one just sitting there dryhoping!! one in the freezer!! they are gold I might add!!
It's cooler in the hills - pitched at 20 yesterday, was 21 last night and 21 this morning
Poured a hydrometer / tasting sample last night, 1.008 and a nice hint of lemon & lime.

I'm going back to method one, throw some dry hops in naked, no stockings, and using issinglass
It is the best way to go - I quite often brew with no clothes on! But stockings... that seems like a bit of an odd thing to do?
Please tell me the beers Ive had your been clothed? LOL;)) I didnt find any pubic hair in it!!
I only add the pubes in a bag - nothing worse than getting them stuck in your teeth.

I've dry hopped two beers wearing using the resene lintless stockings.
Both times there was only a modest contribution compared to what I'd experienced just throwing the pellets in lose.
So tonight I'm going to lock myself in the garage, put on some music, pour a pint, turn down the lights, weight out some hops and ...
