What's the yeast?
What does the correct guess win? :-P
I'm assuming it's a bottle of flat beer from Stu as he doesn't have any CO2 :o)
The Belgian Brown/Brune/Bruin is called "Fable of the Brown Ale". It's already bubbling. It was my first repitch for a couple of years and I probably over did it a shade (about 350ml of thin but clean yeast slurry).

The Northern Brown is "The Darker Days of Malt and Hop".

Sounds lovely damn i love Imperial stouts! :0)
Have to give it a go I wanted to use my Amerian hops for the stout but I just cant part with them or for it!! They just taste so good in APA IPA and Double IPAs!!
And fair enough!!! I didn't even bother worrying about hop flavours in mine, figured they'd get lost and i wanted a chocolatey version anyway
Exactly!! When I tried Stu's I knew I had to create me one of these!!
Wish i had some of to give you to critique....ah well
I will give you some of mine, but you may have to wait a while to sup it as its got to hang around if you know what I mean. Also it has been one of those brew's, Should be allright though, I think I pushed my mash tun a little hard. I will have to re think my Imp APA
That would be awesome thanks! :0)
