Doing a few beers for my sisters wedding this time next year and I'm planning on doing a few practice runs between now and then.
Does anyone have an all grain clone recipe for Bitter Bitch or something similar. I've had a bit of a poke around google and haven't had much luck.

What is your target audience? - will they be hop heads or are you better off making "approachable beers"?
What other styles are you looking at?
Mark Jackman at http://www.weezledogbrewing.co.nz/ published his recipes recently , if you like his beers you have a great yardstick to compare your own brewing....
http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/1443316/hopster is a great beer.
http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/1443315/easy-weezy always good to have session beers at weddings.
This will be one of 5. The groom is a real hop head and the other 4 will be more Grandfather friendly.
> Grandfather friendly
Grandfather friendly or Grainfather )-:
One way of dealing with the Hop Husband, would be to use a hopback or "Randal" on the keg when serving.
Grandfather!
Thanks for the feedback. I think i'll give the Mountain Warrior APA a go as well as the Eazy-weezy,
I have just bottled the Eazy-weezy last weekend, will report back once I have cracked the first one in a few days...
haha, I'm humbled.
just a quick tip on doing beers for weddings. keep them sessionableunder6% is a good plan.
i had 4 beers at my wedding, the highest alcohol was 5.2%
i did a write up awhile back after doing it.

Nearly finished brewing for my cousins wedding (8th of April).
Planned line-up:
8.5% NZ IIPA
6.5% US IPA
5.8% NZ Amber
4.9% NZ PA (supposed to be 5.1% but missed OG)
4.9% NZ Pils
3.5% Cheery Berliner Weisse
Have done a corny of each minus brewmania entries and a few tasters here and there... Been quite the mission - think I might take a few months off brewing and focus on finishing my electric system, it's fun but one brew every 4-5 days for a month really takes it out of you.
Hi Rob,
Nice write up - you have a few typos mind!
Like the Tardis beer taps - did you make that?
