Needing a Gas Burner and Adjustable High Pressure Regulator!!!

Hey guys I have myself a 50L pot and are planning a BIAB need a burner looks likely I'll be doing it on the floor for now no stand in near future sadly. I have been reading that a standard 3 ring gas burner will not be sufficient nor a standard BBQ hose, can anyone help with advice or if they have something that could work for sale? Cheers.

Hi Daza,

I'm using a Hark Outdoor burner.  I too have a 50L pot.  I have used this burner for BIAB and now All Grain for 6 months without any problem.  My 410mm diameter pot does overhang the ring by about 100mm the way round but it is still stable enough to do a 36L boil.  The link is from the Australian ebay as I am based in Melbourne after relocating here from NZ 4 years ago.

very similar to the Bayou Classic burner....what type of regulator do you use with it?

Nothing special just the regulator supplied.  It has an "On/Off" dial to adjust flow and connects to a 9kg bottle.

Still on the look out for a burner, and at the moment looks like I'll need a floor standing type as a large metal stand I was looking at isn't for sale unfortunately. I see Fishpond.co.nz have burners but currently out of stock! which seems to be a problem on many Home Brew NZ websites. Why is that? anyway anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
