Disintergrated hop tea bag in fermenter

I'm fermenting a MJ Czech Pilsner with a Copper Tun Saaz tea bag inside.

When I took a hydrometer sample after 1.5 weeks the sample did not run freely and there was allot of hop and other material suspended in the sample.

 

Not sure what to do or if there's anything I can do now, any suggestions would be helpful.
