Hope I'm saying this in the right place, apologies in advance if not.

Was in Wellington for a boozy weekend two weeks back. Had intended to take in the Craft beer outlets but forgot to take my guide. No matter. Set forth to see what we could find and had an absolute ball trying beers on tap that would never have been within scope. Tried 5 outlets in all - one things for sure the bar serving generics is just not going to cut it in future.

Had a dummy run in Auckland a week prior and got the taste there, but the Wellington scene was absolutely OTT.

Frantically looking around now to see how I can introduce some of the magic I tasted to my homebrewing.
