Hi everyone,
Ive been gluten free for the past 6 years but have a huge passion for brewing, Ive recently made a few batches one being very drinkable and the other im scared if i leave for any longer it might grow legs and walk from my shed. However im finding it hard to source some ingredients and i was wondering if anyone know where to find or who to contact? Im looking for Brown rice syrup, Millet and Amber Candy Syrup.
If anyone is interested in my recipe (the good one or bad) let me know and ill put it up.
Any help would be grateful.
Cheers

If you search the site I started a thread about Gluten in beer. Basically my father is a coeliac and has no problem drinking beer but there were some good answers to that on the thread.
If you're in Auckland, Brewers Coop have gluten free options to hand; sorghum extract, brown rice syrup, and (last time I talked to them) they even had some sorghum malt bought in.
