New Dry Yeasts

Hi all,

Just up doing a late night browse planning for my next brew (or two) and saw that BrewShop have the new dry yeasts at last. Dry Saison yeast should be snapped up so I can see how close it can get me to a Saison Sauvin type brew. Also the Cask conditioning yeast could go well in a barleywine I have planned. Third is another American Ale yeast that sounds almost like Notto in it takes off quick and gets the job done quick but strips a bit of hop bitterness at the same time...
