Hi all, when dry hopping is it best to put hops in a bag or add them strait to the fermenter. Any comments would be great.

I think you could put in anywhere from 2-5g/L. 100g will soak up a bit more than a litre of your beer.

I'm going to go with 2g/L in my bitter I've got going at the minute.  I did 50g of spalt in an alt and that was massive, spalt is pretty intense though.  I expect 50g will befirm even with fuggles at 14 days.  Depends how hoppy the intended result is though, nothing stopping you piling them in.
