Keg Ball Lock Post

One of my kegs has a ball lock post on the gas side that has a "star" configuration. Do any of you have this? If so, do you know what size socket would fit this? I have started to strip the post by using channel locks, but once and for all, I decided to be patient and ask questions.

I will likely go buy a deep well socket to get this off of the keg once I know what size would work on it.

I have the star on a couple of mine too. Not handy to double check but I have 18mm and 22mm spanners. Looks like the larger needed for the star.

Yep, I got a 7/8" ring spanner for mine (going off what the Americans said!) but I think 22 is the right size for most.
