Filling a soda stream from larger CO2 container

Hi all.  Not sure if anyones tried this in NZ.  There is some instruction on youtube on refilling sodastream canisters from a larger CO2 container.  The issue is getting the right fittings.

I have plenty of CO2 from my home brewer but would like to refill soda streams myself as they cost about $12 to swap.  Any ideas appreciated.
