I'm planning a couple of beers using this yeast (or the White Labs equivalent). Craftbrewer did have it in stock but it sold out as I was about to order it and I've missed the RealBeer deadline.

I don't suppose anyone has a sneaky pot of this yeast hiding in their fridge? I might have to look into importing a single smackpack/vial from the US - anyone know how feasible this is?

Last time I did it it was more feasible to get like 6 WLP vials from morebeer, but the shipping and exchange rate has changed since then.

I didn't have any dramas with the yeast, just got it sent with lots of ice and ordered over autumn/spring.
I have a bit of G2 white labs lying around...
I could be your new best friend. You due in AKL anytime before early Jan?
You're due a visit to my place anyway.
Yeah - I'll see when I am able to come up next... bit of a shame: I could have brought it up with me last week! It's got your name on it. I'll spin it up to freshen it up. I can courier it up easy enough if I can't make it up.
Awesome! Plan is to kick off the first beer in early January.
Martin,

I've got some 3522 with Reviled's name on it. Maybe you or Rev can build it up and split it.

It'st 1st generation I bottled from a split starter. I'll be bringing it to the Guild BBQ on Saturday.
Sh*t that reminds me Martin ;o) I think I have my next brew planned now!
Yup, it's still sat in my fridge for you!
Awesome mate, thanks :o) I was too knackered last night so will have to pop round early next week some time!
Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes

I'm about to brew a Belgian Blonde (OG around 1.065) with this yeast and I'm wondering about fermentation temps. I was planning on starting at 18C and letting it slowly rise to 21-22C over one week and then sitting at 21-22C for another week with inverted sugar added after the 3rd day.

Any recommendations of fermentation temps with this yeast?
Sounds pretty good. I've used it just the once. I made a blond (OG 1.063) which I was pretty happy with. I fermented at a constant 20C.
