Hi all,
I saw a documentary on discovery about water and how chemically strange it is, it's special properties etc.
I didn't know that science still doesn't know the molecular structure of water! We know it's H20 but there are so many binding sites that water is never just floating around as one molecule of H20...
Anyway, they got into how water might actually have a memory and transfer information and then talked about a guy called Johann Grander and his theory of revitalised water (Google it).
Here is a pdf with some info: http://questutilityservices.ie/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/GRANDER-P...
There is no scientific proof or anything backing up his theory but there are a number of industries who utilize his water treatment devices and I found some examples:
http://pdf.grander.com/literatur/english/GRANDER_Industriejournal_e...
Notice there is a brewery in there. The doco interviewed a baker who was talking about the effect this water treatment has on yeast and I immediately thought beer.
It would be great to hear from people who have used, are using or plan to use this water treatment process.
