Regulator Freeze/Fail

I haven't used my reg for about 10 months - though I did recently have it connected to a soda stream bottle for a couple of days.

 

Just had my tank filled, connected the regs, then off again and the secondary reg suddenly redlines out at maximum and freezes along with the top section of the tubing and the john guest one-way valve is hissing away. Has happened twice now and it freaks me out each time.

 

The regs are good quality 'Harris' couple of years old - there is a little bit of corrosion on them but not too bad (been taken to sea a couple of times).

 

Any ideas here? Can I get them serviced, if so where? Or just replace them with something like http://www.trademe.co.nz/Home-living/Food-beverage/Other-beverages/...

Theres a thread on AHB which refers to the Harris regulators and says you cant get rebuild kits for them as Harris wants you to send the reg back to them to fix it. So you must be able to send it back to them to get fixed? Not sure what that would cost you tho...
