Parts for mash tun and hlt

Hi,

I'm looking at gathering the connectors and stuff I'm going to need to turn my two 50lt kegs into a mash tun and hlt. Does anyone know where I can get quick release fittings, ball taps and especially hot food grade hosing to fit it all together with, NZ preferably?

Local plumbers merchants or try the local hydraulic hose specialists. Our local NZHose guy is very helpful and pointed me to ANZOR Fasteners in Wellington. Second that, got mine from Anzor, although some of them had been threaded incorrectly, but they exchanged without any problems. I bought some food grade hosing from HCD flow technology in Christchurch, rated up to 70 deg C but its fine in use at slightly higher temps. They might have a branch in Welly!
