Copper vs Brass vs Stainless fittings

Hi All,

 

Just getting all the bits together to make the mash tun and all the parts I've gathered are a mixture of copper tube with brass and stainless fittings.

 

Question is what affect this will have on the beer??

If I total what I've spent in the past year for what amounts to a little over 120 liters, it works out at $10 a liter just for equipment .... and I still need to rebuild the brew-shed which will be a good $3000 ... worth every f***in cent :o)

I'm looking at the cost of rewiring the garage at the moment for electric.... but also about build a semi enclosed carport on the side of the garage for mein brauhaus.... can get expensive REALLY quickly!

I too will need to knock up some kind of shed at my new place, definately expensive but having somewhere to hide away from the family in piece is priceless!!
