Absolutely nothin'?

After a quick stocktake of my hops today I realised that my stash of Nelson Sauvin hops have become quite cheesy.  Should I just throw them away or will they still be OK for bittering?  Any thoughts or experiences with cheesy hops?

Nothing really to add constructivly, just interested

Ah, a lambic ?
Nelson Sauvin pellets, approx 1 year old, been stored in a sealed bag in the fridge the whole time apart from opening the bag on brew days.

Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh snap!

...sad but true though haha.
1 yr in a fridge being opened and closed is asking alot.
If they smell significantly different than when they were fresh then they may only be good for bittering but even that will be alot less, depends how bad they smell, they mite be ideal for crabbeys lambic!

The more a read about lambic the more I fear the day I will be forced to try one! I think I fear the lambic!
If the cheese is extreme then it's grilled hops on toast ?
ABSOLUTELY NUTHIN' - HUH, SING IT AGAIN!
