There's a wiring diagram here. I've actually been following these directions, and I'm pretty sure I've figured it out. My one question is the brown active wire -- the directions say to jump from power to heat and cool from the same point, but the picture shows it jumping from power to heat, and then from heat to cool. Does it make a difference?
The other question I have isn't the tempmate, but the butter conditioner. I need to take it out to fit my fermenter in the fridge. Can I just cut all the wiring, or do I need to do something with it?
No it doesnt make a difference. The active supply is common to each relay. So you can do it either way. It looks straight forward otherwise. Any other issues just reply back.
