Im keen for a kilo, but minimum order through NZ hops is 5kg, so would anyone else be keen?

Centennial and Amarillo are quite alike... a good mixture would be a better idea.

Fair enough, havnt used Centennial yet so wasnt sure..

It's really good. Very Citrussy... lacks depth. Was a major contributor of flavour in Armageddon. Columbus is way better IMHO. Colombus is so good, there was a massive court battle amongst the hop growrs over who could grow it. Yakima Chief got in the shit over it and changed their proprietry brand to "Tomahawk" the original name is Colombus... and anouther crowd calls is Zues. It's all the same stuff... but hugely sought after... and to ease confusion most traders just call it "CTZ": Colombus, Tomahawk, Zues...
