Chimay yeast.
This is the only yeast I've had trouble with in the past - sluggish, twice! - so here's hoping my two-step starter has bot the b'stard humming this time.
Be careful though Llew, it was Stu's Belgian ales that introduced me to Belgian ales and now I love them. I have 44L of Belgian goodness sitting in fermenters and kegs right now!

It's nice to have fun with Belgians that are beyond usual Wit, Blond, Dubbel, Tripel and fruit beers that we see here. Belgian Pale Ale, like English Pales, is the perfect balance of malt, hop, yeast and water for me... I could play with it for years, in fact I probably will!
I'm keen to start brewing with some interesting English yeasts soon too.

Were they early versions of Plan-K? From memory they seemed quite similar.
