Well - sort of... but no - see, I'm not going to dry hop this, so I'm thinking that I need to keep the caramel flavour a bit down... try let some MO through with complements (hopefully) from the melanoidin.
If it comes out, and needs a bit more Caramel - I'll up it for the next one.
If it were West Coast stylez... I'd rock that 7% fo' shizzle.
