Whats the Brown like bro? Never used it I imagine nutty and dry?
Still experimenting with it bro, but i had 100gms in my old ale and it has a really nice toasty nutty flavour, allthough im sure ill be able to pick up on the brown character in this beer alot more...

Yum, just put the Amarillo in, smells awesome!
Bitter. My attempt at a simple grain bill with a single hop.

I realised I was running out of time to get a beer underway for the case swap. I put together this recipe first thing this morning, based on what I had in stock....I hope it turns out ok.
Looks tasty mate.

hmmm mmm yum.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that if you've got US05 it might be a shade better... but S04's ok. Split batch would help decide the correct answer.
Glad you said this, I thought I was overdoing the specialty malt. As for the S04, it's in the last chance saloon, too many off flavours probably due to my casual brewing habits. US05, never any problems.
Got this planned for Sat, smacked the pack so its on!!
