Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

WBC IPA - my 1st taste out of the keg, still cold conditioning so I poured and let it warm up before tasting..

Its a bit thinner than I was hoping for (go figure - I have under-attenuation issues for yonks, then the first one that doesnt under-attenuate goes further than expected lol) but overall im quite happy with it.. Will be good to see what the judging sheets say ;o)

Hoppy2Porter by Emersons after a rare win at five-a-side.

I like it a lot more than the first 'un. There's a smoothness that was lacking and they've upped the green stuff.

The local Fresh Choice has just re-stocked Townshend so picked up a Cathcart's NTA and an Old House ESB.

First time I've had the NTA in the bottle and it was great - light, smooth and nicely balanced, it actually tasted a bit like a hoppy hefe weizen.

Also, I managed to try the Centurion ale at the moutere Inn on Sunday which was also a tasty drop.

All new to me. My beer costs have just skyrocketed! but its well worth it. Really liked them all but thought the Emersons Porter and the Epic Pale Ale were awesome

First Carbed taste of my WBC IPA, Im having it side by side against a Ruitnation, I thought I would be able to describe the beers and the diffrence but my pallete has been ruined by them both!! If anything I reach for my one my more, Ruination is just so Cara Pils sickly!!
